Hatha yoga for beginners to intermediate students. Classes focus on alignment and breath with classical yoga postures, as well as a variety of Insight Meditation practices. We incorporate gratitude, love of self and other, and the expansion of our positive beautiful spirits while we practice Yoga. Each class is an opportunity to grow Joy deep into your practice and into your life! Come breathe, stretch, strengthen and transform!


Bring water to drink and a mat, if you have one. We will be barefoot. Wear comfortable movement clothes.


Where:

  • Ursula's Yoga classes are held at The Polarity Barn. A beautiful yoga space in-between Crozet and Batesville.
  • 6482 Dick Woods Rd.
  • C'ville, VA 22903
  • From Crozet: Crozet Ave to 250 intersection, go straight on to Miller School Rd (Rt 635). Go 2.6 miles and take right on Dick Woods Rd (Rt 637). Go 1.4 miles, white farmhouse on right. Park in parking area; the Polarity Barn is around back. 

How Much To Donate per Class?
  • Donations are based on a balance of your situation and the level of gratitude you feel. Paying more helps to accommodate those who need to pay less. $10-$18 a class is common in our area. Pay what you can. We are our own cultural eco-system.
What to wear: Exercise/yoga clothes. We will be barefoot for yoga.

What to bring: Water to drink. Your own mat and belt if you have them.

Studio supplies: Yoga mats, belts, blankets, blocks and lavender eye bags.

Yoga For Kids! Eagle Time
Crozet Elementary After School Program



Yoga for Kids- (1-5 grades)


Yoga is good for your body, your mind and your heart! You will sing, breath deep, stretch, hop around and learn many basic yoga poses. Plus, learn the 5000 yr old Sanskrit names for the poses!

Mats will be provided for this fun filled class. Children will be barefoot for yoga. Wear shorts and a T-shirt, or soft stretchy pants.

Wednesdays 2:30-3:30 8 week session Winter dates to come!
