Introduction to Emotional Freedom Techniques, EFT, Tapping

EFT is an amazing healing tool to reduce stress, and release held emotions such as anxiety, fear, sadness, anger or frustration. This video is a step-by-step, tap-along video to use with your personal situation and emotion. I will guide you and tap with you.

You need approximately 15 minutes, something to write on and write with.


Affirmations are a positive and easy way to realign the frazzled mind. The experience of stress in the body and mind can be affected in minutes as you repeat the affirmation several times (aloud or to yourself) while visualizing what you are saying. You create a sense of calm and deeper connection to the present moment. Ursula encourages you to try this for yourself several times a day.

Affirmation for Stress: Earth & Sky
Sit in a comfortable position with your back tall, breathing in and out through your nose. When you are ready, say the affirmation to yourself (in your mind or out loud) and see the imagery in your mind.

"I am grounded. My roots go down into the earth like a wise old tree.
I am grounded. My roots go down into the earth like a wise old tree.
I am grounded. My roots go down into the earth like a wise old tree.
My mind is wide open like the sky.
My mind is wide open like the sky.
My mind is wide open like the sky."

These two affirmations together can help you feel grounded and rooted in your body, while connected to the earth. And at the same time, opening up your mind to feel more space. You are positively affecting yourself on a mental, physical and spiritual level.
